One of the longest running student hackathons
is now on it's 4th year.

DLSU HackerCup, an annual student hackathon, is organized by students from the DLSU College of Computer Studies and the DLSU Center for Complexity and Emerging Technologies. Participants are to challenge themselves in a 24-hour competition of turning caffeine, food, energy drinks, and oxygen into software or hardware hacks that could help the modern day Filipino.

Form a group consisting of developers, designers, hardware engineers or anyone who can help you create wonders.

Because slots will be limited, prove to us that your team is serious by submitting the complete requirements and answering the essay.

Get your team ready for HackerCup 2015 hi hi
Accepted teams will receive an email from the HackerCup Team. If you do get accepted, sharpen up your skills and get enough sleep!

Eligibility


Undergraduate students can form teams of 3 - 5 members from any backgrounds as long as the group can create an application during the hackathon proper. These students should be enrolled for the current academic year or considered as a student for the current semester. You may Click Here to register.

Accepted teams will have their team leader notified via email and will include accompanying documents and additional instructions.

General Requirements


  1. Minimum of one representative from the group is required to participate at the Orientation & Workshop on November 14.
  2. Groups must submit the necessary requirements for their application to be considered as valid. The list of required documents to be submitted can be seen through the registration form here.
  3. Proper decorum is expected from each participant. Any disrespectful behavior will lead to the disqualification of the entire group and possible sanctions against the said student.
  4. All team members are required to be present on November 21-22
